"Marga Gomez: Laughterglow" - Still high from election day Marga Gomez returns to DC for her 2013 Busboys and Poets debut launching into 70 minutes of euphoric stand-up comedy with a queer Latina twist. Marga is one of the first openly lesbian comedians in the country. She is the winner of a GLAAD award and has appeared on LOGO's "One Night Stand Up," HBO's "Comic Relief," Comedy Central's "Out There" and in the film "Batman Forever" for a minute. Her Washington DC performances include; "Los Big Names" at The Kennedy Center (presented by Wolly Mammoth,) comedy performances for Mautner Project and LLEGO organizations. Most recently she teamed up with Mike Albo at L'Enfant Cafe in "Mike and Marga Make Queer Comedy."
